Description
Pi Negre is a charming, traditional chalet overlooking the small hamlet of Les Salines in the Ordino Valley, one of the prettiest in Andorra. From the house are some fabulous walks and breathtaking views of the valley.
Accommodation
Pi Negre is split over two floors, the ground floor for the guest accomodation with its own entrance and the other for dining and accomodation for the proprietors.
The guest door leads from the terraced garden down a corridor to two bedrooms and a separate bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two singles. Both rooms have ample storage space. Tea and coffee making facilities and a television with DVD player are provided. The bathroom is tiled with shower, washbasin and toilet. Bookings are only taken for 1 family/group at a time, so you will not have to share with strangers!
A steep wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, with dining room, lounge and large balcony, with superb views of the valley.
The Proprietors
Louis and Christiane are Belgians that settled in Andorra 20 years ago. 10 years of that time was spent runing their own resaurant. Louis is a fantastic chef for savoury (smoked salmon, venison...), whilst Christiane makes all the desserts (Tarte Tatin, chocolate mousse, cakes...).

Suitability
The wooden staircase is quite steep and would not be suitable for the elderly. The owners share the chalet with two cats.
